Google Captcha Issue

We are investigating an issue with our Frankfurt IV, London III and Paris II data centers. Some customers may experience intermittent issues with Google Captcha redirection. Some Google searches are redirecting to a Captcha validation page with the following message "To continue please type the characters below: Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending the requests and not a robot". We will post additional information on this incident as it is available.

Singapore II (SIN2) Data Center Decommissioning

You are receiving this notice in accordance with the Zscaler Service Continuity Policy.

Please note that the Singapore II ( 42.99.164.0/24 ) Data Center may be shut down any time after August 15th, 2018.

SIN2 Data Center will be removed from PAC service on June 28th, 2018. Those customers that are connecting to SIN2 DC via PAC will see that only the New Datacenter Singapore IV (SIN4) is resolvable after June 28th, 2018.

Customers connected to DC via GRE or IPSEC tunnel(s) will be contacted separately with migration instructions

 

Other Zscaler sites and Zscaler Services will continue to operate normally.

The SIN4 Data Center will be added to PAC rotation at 9AM PST (16:00 UTC) on June 13, 2018.

As part of our effort to enhance the robustness and performance of our Security Cloud, Zscaler will be bringing Singapore (SIN4) data center online for our Zscaler.net, Zscalertwo.net, Zscloud.net and Zscalerthree.net customers. This facility will be online at 2 pm PDT on May 29, 2018.
